Ordering a template on Turmeric Ink is easy... just follow these simple steps: Step 1: Select your card We have a wide range of styles for our templates. To make it easier to select, we’ve grouped the templates into collections on the basis of themes, which you could access via the filter tag in the gallery or on the home page. The templates are also segregated into 3 tiers on the basis of price. Classic: Between ₹11,000 - ₹22,000 Premium: Between ₹23,000 - ₹44,000 Luxury: above ₹44,000 Step 2: Enquire Once you’ve made a selection, please send us an enquiry by hitting the Enquire button on the bottom navigation. This sends us a message with your request, and we will revert to you with the quote within a few hours. You may enquire about multiple templates individually. We’re in the process of streamlining this, and will soon be launching the improved functionality of shortlisting and enquiring. Step 3: The Process Once you’ve finalised the template you want, the process itself begins. Send us an advance of 50% along with the final text as you wish it to appear. The payment details would be shared via WhatsApp. A design draft will be shared in the form of static images for you to check the text and information. We provide a maximum of two rounds of text edits, beyond which a fee would be charged. The video animation starts only after we receive confirmation on the design draft. A watermarked video draft is shared for approvals. Along with which the balance 50% amount is requested. Step 4: Delivery There are two ways to take delivery of your invite As an MP4 file that you can attach and send to your invitees. As a Private Link, which you can send, allowing the invitees to stream the video rather than downloading it

Q. How do I book an order? A. Once you have finalized the invite, please share the final text and 50% advance. You can take this conversation forward on our WhatsApp number. Q. How long will it take you to deliver? A. Our usual process is 10-15 days. This time includes your text layout, edit rounds, and the final output of your invite video. Q. How do I share my text? A. We provide a form to you, which you need to fill out and share. Q. What if we are not happy with the layout? A. This is the reason we give 2 rounds of edits. What you see is what you get in the final product. Q. I have 4 functions, but not everyone is invited to all the functions. Will you give me 4 separate videos? A. We don’t do 4 separate videos unless you have a completely new guest list for each event. We believe in sending 1 comprehensive video with all details for the guests not to miss out on any information. Therefore, we advise on making guest lists as per sets, and we can then deliver the additional videos based on those sets. Q. How do we contact you? A. WhatsApp is our primary source of communication. Since this is a digital product, communication via WhatsApp and email is a lot more convenient.

Q. What is your payment process? A. 50% advance at the time of booking the order, and the balance 50% before the final file is shared. Q. What are the modes of payment available? A. You can do a direct bank transfer or pay through UPI.

Q. What are templates? A. Templates are pre-designed invites with the same thought, design, and execution process we do for a custom. Templates only help you get the invite quicker at the best possible price. Q. Can we make design changes to the invite? A. These are templates. The only customisation available is in Text and Music. Q. Can the font be changed? A. These are templates. The only customisation available is in Text and Music. Q. Can I change the music? A. Yes, you can. However, you need to finalize the music as soon as the text is approved. Q. Do you do invites in other languages? A. Yes, we do. But not all invites are conducive to it, so kindly share links of your preferred invites and your text for us to help pick out the perfect fit for you. Q. We want to mix 2 different songs for the invite? A. We don’t do music editing and mixing on our end. However, if you provide the file, we are happy to use it. Q. Do you suggest music options? A. Yes, we do. But music is a personal choice, so the final decision is on you.

Q. I only have 2 functions, will the price of the invite change? A. Videos are shown with a maximum of 6 function slides. You can choose to take 1 or a maximum of 6, the price does not change. Q. We want the same invite for the other(Bride or Groom) side of the family. Is that chargeable? A. Yes, it is charged extra. Q. Is digital stationery part of the package? A. No, they are additional. Q. Is Monogram part of the invite cost? A. It is an additional cost. Q. Is Save the Date included with the invite? A. It is an additional cost. Q. We want matching Print Stationery. How can we go about that? A. Kindly share your list along with quantities for us to quote you the price. Q. Are the additional text edits chargeable? A. Yes. Q. Does the cost remain the same if in a different language? A. A nominal price is charged for a language other than English Q. We want an extra video with a lesser number of function slides. Is that chargeable? A. Yes, it is charged extra.

Q. In which format will you give me the final file? A. There are two ways to share the file. We can either give you a private YouTube link to share or an MP4 file to be shared on WhatsApp. Q. Can I send the invite over email? A. Emails have size limitations. Our videos for WhatsApp are between 55 - 60 mb to keep the quality and resolution high.
