2. Custom Orders

All designs are made-to-order and tailored to each client.

You are responsible for providing accurate event details, spellings, and preferences.

Once work has begun, changes to key elements (names, dates, theme) may incur additional charges.
3. Turnaround Time

Standard delivery time is based on the design package selected.

Urgent orders may be accepted at an additional fee, subject to availability.

Velvetbug is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or unresponsive communication.
4. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds.

Revisions requested beyond the limit may be charged additionally.

Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the design draft.
5. Payment

Full payment is required in advance via our secure payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay).

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.
6. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are only available under specific conditions. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

Orders cannot be canceled once the design process has started.

Refund Policy
At Velvetbug, we take great pride in offering premium, personalized digital designs. Due to the custom nature of our products, we adhere to a strict yet fair refund policy.
Non-Refundable Items :

All digital wedding invitations and caricature artworks are made-to-order and therefore non-refundable once the design process has begun or the final files have been delivered.

Instant download or template-based purchases are also non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility :
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

If you accidentally placed an order and contact us within 1 hour of purchase, with no work having started.

If we are unable to deliver the order within the agreed-upon timeline due to our delay, and you choose not to proceed.
Revisions & Satisfaction :
We offer multiple revision rounds (as per package details) to ensure satisfaction. If you’re unhappy with the initial design, we encourage you to use these included revisions.

Shipping Policy
At Velvetbug, we specialize in custom digital wedding invitations and caricatures. Since all our products are digital in nature, no physical shipping is involved.
1. Delivery Format
All products are delivered in high-resolution digital formats (JPEG, PNG, or PDF, as applicable) via:

Google Drive or WeTransfer link (for larger files, if needed)
2. Processing & Delivery Time

Standard delivery time varies depending on the product type and customization level. Timelines are mentioned on each product page.

Custom caricatures or fully personalized invitations may take 15 – 20 business days, depending on the complexity.

Express delivery may be available at an additional cost.
3. Revisions and Final Delivery
Once the design is approved after the included revision rounds, the final files will be emailed to you for download and use.
4. Failed Delivery
If you do not receive your files within the expected timeframe:

As we only provide digital products, there are:
